PRISMAguide XL Connector enables the connection between PRISMAguide XL Engine and the ProCut Server.
The PRISMAguide XL Connector is configured in the installation process. Once the configuration is done, the program will run in the background.
Some actions require opening the PRISMAguide XL Connector:
When you want to change the settings.
To add or change a certificate to ensure a secure connection.
To copy the API key for the ProCut Settings in PRISMAguide XL Engine.
Manage jobs that gave an error.
Click the menu button and select [Settings] to change the settings. Check Install the PRISMAguide XL Connector for information about the settings, as most of the settings are entered during the installation process.
Select [Help] to open the online help of the PRISMAguide XL Engine for more information about the functionality of the PRISMAguide XL Connector user interface.
When a job could not be sent from ProCut to PRISMAguide XL Engine they will stay in the PRISMAguide XL Connector job list in error state.
This happens when an error occurs during the sending of the PDF (often when the corresponding PRISMAguide XL Engine is shut down).
The user has the possibility to [Delete] each job or [Resume] the job. On [Resume], the connector tries to send it again to the corresponding PRISMAguide XL Engine.
NOTE
The user can select multiple jobs and execute the [Delete] /[Resume] command at once for all of them.
