You have to download a software update manually when option [Download updates automatically] is disabled. When a software update is available on the remote server of your service organisation:
The button [Download update] becomes enabled.
A message appears in the main dialogue of Remote Service.
Click button [Download update].
The software update is downloaded to the path defined in dialogue [Download settings]. You have to install the software update always manually.
