Define access to media management options on control panel

What are media management and media optimization options

You can decide if users can access media management and media optimization options from the control panel.

You find these options on the control panel when you touch [System]  → [Media] .

Define access to media management options on control panel

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Media]  → [Configuration] .

   

2. Use the [Media management via control panel] option to enable or disable media management on control panel.

   When enabled users can use the [New] and [Copy] buttons.

3. Use the [Media optimization via control panel] option to enable or disable users access the media optimization options from the control panel.

   When enabled users can use the [Optimize] button.
