You can assign roles for any available application to your users .
Each of the applications comes with separate roles. There are no restrictions on assigning roles to users. If one user has more than one role for the same application, the applications will manage the roles independently.
Navigate to the [Users] workspace.
Select the user from the [List of users].
In the [Roles] panel, find the application
Check the check-box to assign the role to the user.
Uncheck the check-box to remove the role from the user.
Click [OK].
