Adjust the printer margins.

Open Océ Express WebTools and set the printer margins [Preferences] - [Print job defaults] - [Printer properties] - [Printer margins] to 3 mm or more for CAD prints, or to 10 mm or more for Graphics Arts/GIS prints.

Clean the wiper roller compartments.

Clean the print surface and the vacuum holes.

Print cleaning sheets.

If necessary, clean the media output section of the printer.

If necessary, clean the media input section of the stacker.

Check whether the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, call your local Service Provider.
