When the base functionality of an application or tool is for free, the PSP [Administrator] can activate the base at no charge.
The initial PRISMA Home start page shows cards for:
subscribed products in the [Your applications] section
products ready to be tried for a period of time (the button [Activate] )
separate licensing for more advanced functions of a certain product, in the [Premium options] section, having the button [Try]
The cards in the [Premium options] section are only visible and accessible by any tenant user with the [Administrator] role.
After your tenant is granted use of the application, the application card is moved to the [Your applications] section.
The [Administrator] role can [Activate] a trial period for a product.
The application is then active for your tenant for the whole duration of the trial period.
For some software applications or tools there are chargeable options. PSP [Administrator] can explore the functionality of this premium option free of charge during this trial period.
Once the application or tool is activated, the [Try] button lets your [Administrator] add certain chargeable options (for instance, using more printers).
