[Processar os trabalhos]

Introduction

You can manage all the jobs in the state [Aceite], [Pré-impressão] or [Concluído]

The following table describes the available fields in the [Processar os trabalhos] list.

Field name	Description
[Número do trabalho]	Numerical identifier of the job. Cannot be changed.
[Estado de impressão]	Status of the job print. Can be one of: [A impressão não teve problemas] [A imprimir] job is still being printed. [A impressão teve um ou mais problemas] - at least one of the files from job failed to print..
[Estado da verificação gráfica]	Status of the job preflight. Depends on the status of the preflight at file level. If the job consists of one file, those statuses are identical. If the job consists of more than one file, the lowest status is passed to the job.
[Nome do trabalho]	Name of the job.
[Etiqueta]	Label of the job.
[Cliente]	Name of the customer.
[Estado]	Can be one of: [Novo] [A entrar]
[Data de criação]	Date for creating the job.

The selected job in the list has a number of possible actions available. The number of actions depends on the state of the job.

Action	Icon	Description
[Eliminar]		Deletes the selected job. The application will request a confirmation before. This operation is irreversible
[Duplicar o trabalho]		Creates a copy of the selected job. This operation is only available for [Concluído] jobs.
[Desbloquear trabalho]		Discard any changes done on the file being currently edited by someone else. File can be edited after this operation. NOTE This option is only available [Editor de trabalhos] was not closed correctly upon editing the file.

[Eliminar]

[Desbloquear trabalho]

Discard any changes done on the file being currently edited by someone else. File can be edited after this operation.

NOTE

This option is only available [Editor de trabalhos] was not closed correctly upon editing the file.
