What are factory defaults

Factory defaults are the settings that the printer had after installation.

Authorization to restore the factory defaults

• Users that have the access right: [Access to installation tasks].

• By default, the Service organization is authorized to restore the factory defaults.

Restore the factory defaults

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Support]  → [Backups] .

   [Backups] tab

2. Click [Restore factory defaults].

   [Backups] menu

3. Click [OK].
