This dialogue contains settings that are part of two separate procedures:
[Allow operator to attach files when sending email]
This setting is part of the procedure to configure the email workflow. For the complete procedure, see Configure the email workflow.
[Automation templates]
This setting is part of the procedure to configure the workflow for automation templates. For the complete procedure, see Configure the workflow for automation templates.
Click [Order processing] - [Workflow configuration] - [General settings] - [Other settings].
Define the print settings for the ticket.
A ticket is inserted as a banner page before the job.
[Allow operator to attach files when sending email]
You can define the email templates in section [Email templates]. In that section, you can define which files will be attached to the emails by default. When you enable this option, the operator is allowed to attach additional files to the email messages to the customer.
[Automation templates]
The automation templates become available in the [Product & order editor] workspace. You can assign one or more templates to a product.
When you disable this option, any automation templates assigned to one or more products are removed from the products.
Click [Save].
