Learn about PRISMAsync Print Server user accounts

Users are the persons that can use the printer. A user can have one or more user accounts to identify himself or herself and user accounts can belong to one or more users.

User accounts can be defined locally in the Settings Editor or can be configured on an LDAP directory server.

The user groups to which a user account belongs, determine the access rights of the user account.

Please note that also other generic access options influence what users are allowed to do.

You can maintain maximum 100 custom user accounts in the Settings Editor .
