From printer to external finisher
The table shows the paper path speed at the 3rd party outlet of the printer.
The receiving speeds are the speeds at which the external finisher may pull the sheets out of the printer.

The one-direction bearings in the last two pinches of the DFD1020 and DFD-860 printer output allow the 3rd party finisher to pull the sheets out of the DFD outlet.
