This document gives an overview of the procedures in Development (R&D) / Plant.

Dev/Plant

1. Dev/Plant receives issue from QA.

2. Dev/Plant accepts the issue from QA.

3. R&D Tracking tool number is filled in.

   Tracking tool number is JIRA number Poing / TFS number Venlo)

   Progress of the issue is done with tracking tool.

   Video: 4 Dev/Plant Receives and creates tracking number

Dev/Plant

1. Dev/Plant has a solution.

2. Dev/Plant creates counter measurement release.

   Example: Hardware modification.

3. Submit a reply to QA (Quality Assurance).

   Video: 5 Dev/Plant solution and replies to QA.
