Connect or disconnect imagePROGRAF printers

Introduction

You can connect PRISMAproduce Tech to different printers while PRISMAproduce Tech is open.

NOTE

You can manage the printer drop-down list. For more information see Manage the printer drop-down list

Before you begin

Make sure:

The preferred printer is connected to the network and switched on.
The driver for the preferred printer is installed and active.

Check this by printing a test page first.

Procedure

Open the printer drop-down list to display all printers that are available for connection.
Select the printers you want to connect to. Deselect a printer to disconnect.
NOTE
When you disconnect a printer, the documents in the document list of the disconnected printer will not be printed.
Deselect a printer to cancel the connection process while PRISMAproduce Tech is connecting to that printer.
