This section will briefly explain how you can log in to PRISMAservice.
Login pageUser administration and authorization for PRISMAservice is managed via Service Master Data (SMD).
The administrator of SMD must create an account in the SMD for you to gain access to PRISMAservice.
Navigate to the website ofPRISMAservice in your preferred browser:prismaservice.cpp.canon/.
If necessary, change the language of the login page with the help of the [Change language] button in the top right-hand corner.
NOTE
Not all languages from the list on the login page are available in PRISMAservice.
If necessary, change the region with the help of the [Change region] button in the top right-hand corner.
Select your role:
[Canon employee (Europe)] or [Canon employee (United States)];
[CPP employee];
[Canon partner].
If you log in as a Canon employee (Europe or Unites States), you will be prompted to select your Canon account. You can also sign in with another account. In this case, you will need to enter your email and password.
If you sign in as a CPP employee, you will be redirected to the application. If you are not signed in on your workstation, you will be prompted to provide your username and password.
If you sign in as a Canon partner, you will be redirected to a partner login page. Enter your email and password.
