The job queue and the system menu

job and printer status

View information on the job and the printing system, such as:

• Job information of the active job.

• The printer status (e.g. printing, toner low, folder connected etc.).

Tap the system thumbnail to access the system menu.

Tap on the active job to open the job queue window.

• See all the listed jobs and access them when you tap the job settings.

• Swipe the list to scroll through all jobs.

• Move the listed jobs up or down the list.

Printing system and media

• The loaded media in the printer is displayed.

  For a roll, if provided by the printer, the remaining roll length is displayed^*.

• Tap the drawer to change the media settings.

• Wizards appear, to help you change media or refill toner.

The [setup menu] gives general information on the printer. In the list you can get access to:

• Switch between first and second language

• [Counters] 

• [Test prints]

• [Finishing device] 

• [Print density]

• [Clear system]

• [Scanner] 

• [Network settings]

• [Security]

• [System update]

• [About]

• [Offline folding] (when the integrated folder is installed)

• [Clean the knife] (when the integrated folder is installed)

The remaining roll length is 0, or no media is loaded.

The remaining roll length is below or equal to the threshold ('5 m' or '16 ft').

The remaining roll length is above the threshold ('5 m' or '16 ft').
