The Accounting Dialog for colorWAVE/plotWAVE printers enhances accountability by tracking every print, scan, or copy. Customizable tracking provides insights into departmental expenses, helping optimize resource management and improve productivity. This system can be configured to attribute each action to a specific project, department, or individual, promoting responsible usage and cost management.
It is available if at least one colorWAVE or plotWAVEdevice is enabled for PRISMAlytics Accounting.

Printed area is displayed (and exported) in metric and imperial units while toner and ink usage is reported in metric units only.

A series of maximum 10 fields which are defined by the administrator as the colorWAVE & plotWAVE accounting dialog. The user can be forced to fill in the values in the accounting dialog before printing, copying and/or scanning. This information is collected and displayed in the [CAD/GIS usage] report fields <Dialog field 1..10>. Follow the instructions on how to map the custom settings. |
