When to check the first set

Especially for jobs with many sets, it can be useful to check the first printed set, before all remaining sets are printed in one run.

The [Check first set] option is available when the active workflow profile that is selected on the control panel enables this option.

For that, the [Check first set] attribute of the workflow profile has to be set to: [As in job].

When the [Check first set] is enabled and you print the job, only the first set is printed and then the printer stops. You can check the output and resume the job if the output is according to your expectations. Otherwise, you can edit the job, move the job to the waiting jobs or delete the job.

Select [Number of sets].

Job properties

1. Go the job location and select the job.

2. Click the edit job button .

3. Click [Number of sets].

   Check first set

4. Select the [Check first set] check box.

5. Touch [OK].
