When to check the first set

Especially for jobs with many sets, it can be useful to check the first printed set before all remaining sets are printed in one run.

The [Check first set] setting is available when the active workflow profile that is selected on the control panel enables this setting. The [Check first set] attribute of the workflow profile has to be set to [As in job].

When the [Check first set] is enabled and you print the job, only the first set is printed and then the printer stops. You can check the output and resume the job if the output is according to your expectations. Otherwise, you can edit the job, move the job to the waiting jobs or delete the job.

Procedure:

1. Open the job in the [Edit job] app.

2. Click [Number of sets].

3. Check the [Check first set] checkbox.

4. Close the pop-up window.

5. Click [OK] to save the changes.
