Automating data retrieval

Procedure:

1. Navigate to the [Configuration]  → [Application Settings]  → [Data synchronization] .

2. Check the setting [Automatically gather data]:

   • Not checked:

     No automatic data retrieval is performed.

   • Checked:

     Each time the pre-set time interval passes, data are automatically retrieved from the devices.

3. Select the number of time units for the operation.

4. Select the time units:

   • [hours]:

     

   • [days] - you will also be prompted to select the hour for the operation to take place:

     

   • [Weeks] - additionally, mark the days of the week in which the data should be retrieved:

     

   • [months] . Additionally, select the days in which the data should be retrieved.

     

5. Press [Save].

6. You can force a new synchronization at any time, by using the [Sync Now] button.
