The job properties depend on the product.
Go to the job location and select the job
Click the edit job button
.
The realistic preview shows the media that are used in the job.
When you click a media entry, the [Media selection (advanced mode)] dialogue is opened. You can also open this dialogue in the [Media] job properties.
Click [Media].
You can use the [Media selection (advanced mode)] dialogue or the [Media selection (basic mode)] dialogue to select the media.
Use the filter and search box to select new media.
Click [OK].
Some products enable you to add new media to the media catalogue in PRISMAsync Remote Manager.
Refer to the Operating guide of the printer how to add media to the media catalogue.
In the [Media selection (advanced mode)] click the + button.
Define the media attributes.
Click [OK].
Some products enable you to copy media entries in the media catalogue from PRISMAsync Remote Manager.
Refer to the Operating guide of the printer how to copy media in the media catalogue.
In the [Media selection (advanced mode)] click the + button.
Click the
button.
Change one or more media attributes.
Click [OK].
Media for covers can be changed in the [Cover] option.
Go to the job location and select the job
Click the edit job button
.
Click [Cover].
Use the [Front cover] and [Back cover] check boxes to indicate the use of covers.
Use the [Media] drop-down lists to select the cover media.
Use the [Print sides] options to indicate if you want to print the covers on none, one, or both sides.
Touch [OK].
The VarioPrint i-series uses the media print modes.
When the job has covers, you can select the media print mode of the body pages, the front cover and the back cover.
Go to the job location and select the job
Click the edit job button
.
Click [Media print mode].
Select the media print mode of the following document parts.
[Body]: select the media print mode of the body pages.
[Front cover]: when the document uses a front cover, select the media print mode of the front cover.
[Back cover]: when the document uses a back cover, select the media print mode of the back cover.
Click [OK].
