Go to the App Store on your iPhone.
Search for PRISMAremote Monitoring.
Press the install button.
Open the PRISMAremote Monitoring app.
Touch the [
] icon, then select the region.
NOTE
Select the region registered by the user in PRISMA Home. The registered region can be checked in the [My profile] dialog box in the user profile menu of PRISMA Home.
Touch [Sign in].
Provide your credentials.
Go to the Google Play store on your Android phone.
Search for PRISMAremote Monitoring.
Press the install button.
Open the PRISMAremote Monitoring app.
Touch the [] icon, then select the region.
NOTE
Select the region registered by the user in PRISMA Home. The registered region can be checked in the [My profile] dialog box in the user profile menu of PRISMA Home.
Touch [Sign in].
Provide your credentials.
