When sheets are stuck on the fixation drum, you see a message on the control panel that you must remove the sheets.
Location of the fixation drumYou need to have the rights to access the maintenance tasks and the configuration settings.
CAUTION
Be careful not to touch the fixation drum. The fixation drum can be hot.
Wear heat-resistant gloves.

In the action required screen, touch [Unlock] to unlock the right-hand door of the fixation module. |

Push the green handle upwards to open the right-hand door of the fixation module. |

Turn the green handle to the front to open the left-hand door of the fixation module. |

Carefully remove all sheets from the fixation drum. In the illustration, the possible locations of sheets that are stuck are indicated orange. |

Close the left-hand door of the fixation module. |

Close the right-hand door of the fixation module. |

Touch [Confirm] on the control panel when you have removed all sheets. |
