Introduction

Thin white or dark lines along the length of the printed output, at positions that correspond with the printhead boundaries, are usually caused by horizontal misalignment of the printheads.

Align printheads - Automatic. In the wizard, select the media type that you want to use for printing.

Check whether the problem is resolved by reprinting the file that showed the problem. If yes, go to step 6. If the problem persists, go to the next step.

Identify the printhead transitions that need manual printhead alignment (horizontal).

Align printheads - Manual (horizontal).

Check whether the problem is resolved by reprinting the file that showed the problem. If the problem persists, repeat the steps 3 and 4 (up to 3 times).
