If streaks appear on the printed output or parts of the printed image are not visible, perform a correction procedure to clean the corona assembly wires inside the print module.
It takes approximately 35 seconds to clean the wires.
IMPORTANT
Do not turn off the printer during cleaning.
Do not open the front covers during cleaning.
Do not clean during printing.
Make sure the list of scheduled jobs is empty.
NOTE
If the procedure displays an engine error, contact your service organization.
