Retrieve the privacy-related information of your customers

The PrintAccounting database of PRISMAdirect stores privacy-related information about your customers. For example:

• Name, address, email address

• IP number

• Etc.

In addition, the information about the orders of your customers is stored in this database. You can download the information stored in the PrintAccounting database.

Retrieve the information stored in the PrintAccounting database

1. [Accounting database] 

2. Specify a time span.

3. Click [Download].

   The application generates an Excel file that contains all information stored in the PrintAccounting database during the specified time span.

   The Excel file becomes available in the lower-left corner of the application. The Excel file is stored in the [Downloads] folder of your computer.
