Each job can contain one or more files. Each file can be in a different preflight state. The overall job state is equal to the lowest file preflight state.
The following table describes the available preflight states.

At least one problem was encountered. Job can still be printed, but the quality may be low, or the printer could also give a warning and wait for confirmation. |

[The preflight has failed.] |
The preflight failed, the job cannot be printed. |
