Manage DocBox folders

Go to the DocBox folders

Open the Settings Editor, and go to: [Workflow]  → [DocBox].

Create a new DocBox folder

  1. Click [Add].

    [DocBox] menu
  2. Add a DocBox folder
  3. Enter a name for the DocBox folder.

  4. Select the [PIN enabled] check box if you want to secure the DoxBox folder with a PIN.

  5. Enter a PIN in the [PIN] field.

  6. Enter the PIN again in the [Confirm PIN] field.

  7. Click [OK].

Edit a DocBox folder

You cannot edit the [Public] folder.

  1. Select a DocBox folder.

    [DocBox] menu
  2. Click [Edit].

  3. Edit DocBox folder
  4. Enter a name for the DocBox folder.

  5. Select the [PIN enabled] check box if you want to secure the DocBox folder with a PIN.

  6. Enter a PIN in the [PIN] field.

  7. Enter the PIN again in the [Confirm PIN] field.

  8. Click [OK].

Change the order of the DocBox folders

  1. Select a DocBox folder.

  2. Use the [Up] and [Down] buttons to move the folder in the list.

Delete a DocBox folder

You cannot delete the [Public] folder.

  1. Select the DocBox folder.

  2. Click [Delete].
