[Add contact]

Introduction

You can add a contact to the list of contacts.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to [Configuration]  → [Customer management]
  2. Click the [Add contact] button to add a new contact.
  3. [Email address]: Provide the email address of the customer.
  4. [Contact name]: Provide the name of the contact.
  5. (Optional) [Company]: Provide the company.
  6. Click [Add contact].
