You can create and configure the export folders for orders and jobs in the "Configuration" workspace. Each export folder contains a query and a path to an export folder. The export service checks whether an order or job complies to a query. If it does, then the order or job is exported to the associated export folder. Each order or job will be exported to an individual ZIP file. The name of the ZIP file will be based on the QEntryID.
An order or job can comply to multiple queries. Then, the export service will export the order or job to each of the matching export folders.
You can pause the export service. When paused, the export service stops exporting any orders and jobs until the service is enabled again.
