[Saved reports] app in PRISMAlytics Accounting

Introduction

The report repository contains all saved reports.

NOTE

The users with the role [Viewer] in PRISMAlytics Accounting cannot use this feature.

All the possible operations are managed from the same toolbar.

A series of configuration parameters for the [Saved reports] (filters, column order, hidden columns) is persistent. This means, you will have the same experience whether you close the session (log off) as well as login on a different device (tablet, computer).

When you generate a report in the [Reports] workspace, you can save it in this secure area. You will be asked to provide a name for the report. By default, the application will suggest a name of the report.

  • You can delete any of the reports by pressing the button. You will be asked to confirm the operation. This operation is not reversible.

  • You can save each individual report onto your local device in the desired format by pressing the corresponding button.
