There are several reasons why you cannot open a job in the Onyx Thrive RIP Queue in the Arizona Xpert Engine

The file has been created with the Job Editor of ONYX Thrive. If that is the case, the file is no longer a PDF file, even if they were initially PDF files when you imported them in the Job Editor. |
Re-open the original PDF file directly in the RIP Queue. |
The file has the status [Waiting to Print] in the RIP Queue. |
Click on the [Hold job] button on the left to change the status to [On Hold]. |
The file is in the archived area in the RIP Queue. |
Right-click on the job and select [Process/Print] to move the job to the active queue. |
