Why export / import a PDF file

You can export a PDF file to view and change the PDF document in a preflight tool. Thereafter, you can import the PDF file again. The job properties do not change during the import / export process.

Export and import a PDF file

1. Go the job location and select the job.

2. Click the button.

3. Click the export button .

4. Browse to the location where you want to save the PDF file.

5. Click [OK].

6. To import the PDF file, click the button.

7. Click the button.

8. Browse to the location where the PDF file is stored.

9. Click [OK].
