This is what you need to do to get started:
First, install Cloud proxy
Having the Cloud proxy is mandatory, even for the apps using the internal cloud connector.
Register your devices to PRISMA Home
PRISMA Home connects to the print servers using two distinct methods: either through a direct connection via the ‘Internal Cloud Connector from PRISMAsync’ or through the ‘ Cloud proxy’. Depending on the printer tool you're integrating with, some engines may require both the Internal Cloud Connector and the Cloud proxy to ensure full functionality.
Either way, you must have the Cloud proxy installed.

Connect the application to the device
Since the steps vary depending of the connection type and DFE type, they are explained in the next subchapters.
Add users to your account
When adding a user to the PRISMA Home portal, you’ll need to choose the appropriate user role to assign.
.
Two roles are available in PRISMA Home:
[Employee], which is an employee of the print company.
The employee is not able to change settings.
[Administrator] which is the administrator of the print company.
The administrator can change settings and can perform any of the available actions.
Assign user roles to applications
In a similar way each application offers user roles tailored to their specific needs. If the application offers management settings, it will offer the [Administrator] role as option.
