Validate all transaction setups

You can validate all available transaction setups. The report displays for every transaction setup the tray selection mechanism ([Tray to media] or [Tray to tray] ) and the number of valid and invalid trays. For transaction setups with problems, use the [Validate] option to get more information.

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Transaction printing]  → [Transaction setups] .

2. Click [Validate all].

3. The report appears.

4. Check the number of invalid trays and take action if required.

5. Click [OK] to close the report.
