There are 24 filters located along the curing beam. The user interface gives a warning when you must replace the curing filters.

CAUTION
Always wear protective gloves when opening the covers of the machine.
CAUTION
Wear gloves when contact with ink or maintenance materials is possible. Gloves should always overlap sleeves. Follow the ink related Safety Data Sheets (SDS) guidelines carefully in order to ensure maximum safety.

On the user interface, go to [Maintenance], then [Replace the curing filters] and tap [Start maintenance action] |

Open the top cover. |

Put on the Colorado XL-series approved gloves. |
|
|

Locate the cooling filters located along the curing beam. |
|
|

Pinch the handle of the frame, then pull to remove the cooling filter. |

Remove the filling from the frame. You only replace the filter filling. |

Place a new filter in the frame. Make sure the filter is fully inserted.  NOTE
Both sides of the filter are identical. |

Insert the frame back into the slot. Make sure the frame is fully inserted. |

Repeat the procedure for the other filters. You must replace all 24 filters. |

Dispose the gloves and used filters as chemical waste according to local regulations. |

Close the top cover. |

On the user interface, tap [Confirm] to end the maintenance action. |
