You can set up a trigger to automatically send an email when the storage is filled to a specified percentage.

Set the value for the amount of cloud storage available to the tenant.
The field [Storage used] shows the actual used space.
Set the value for [Send notification]:

The sales representative will receive no mail notifications regarding the used space availability.

The sales representative will receive a mail notification when the amount of available storage is below [Threshold] %.
Set the amount of available storage for the notification to trigger. (Maximum 100%).
