PRISMA Demo is intended to support Account Managers and Consultants to provide product demonstrations to customers. While we have enabled most of the functionalities in the latest product version, the demonstrator itself does not represent or perform completely the same as the actual product.
When you are using PRISMA Demo, please understand the standard technical and functional behavior, which will help you to give the right explanations to the customer during the demonstration.
Please be aware of the following:
Standard delay when you start up an ad-hoc default demonstration without a reservation.
If you did not schedule a demo in advance, please be prepared to accept at least 7 minutes start up time. You're advised to schedule a demo in advance.
The PRISMAsync demonstrator is available for the imagePRESS C10010VP, but can be used to demonstrate PRISMAsync for the imagePRESS C910 series, as well as to demonstrate the PRISMAsync functionality of the varioPRINT 6000 series and the varioPRINT 140 series. However, be aware of functional differences between the PRISMAsync for Color engines versus Black & White engines, also certain functionality may not be available in a currently available PRISMAsync release.
Please also keep in mind that this is NOT the actual product. The performance of the demonstrator can be influenced by other factors, such as the network, the internet speed, etc.
In order to ensure optimal usage of PRISMA Demo, please take the following into account:
When connecting to the internet, it is recommended to connect to a public network e.g. at home, guest network at a company or a public area, etc.
When using the PRISMAdirect Sales Demonstrator, Google Chrome is the preferred web browser. Detailed instructions for a PRISMAdirect demonstration are in the PRISMAdirect Demonstration Guide (available in the Resources Menu - PRISMAdirect - Go to Resources - Demo Guides)
The PRISMAsync Sales Demonstrator does not include preset jobs. You must use PRISMAsync Remote Manager in the Sales Demonstrator to upload jobs either during the demonstration or before starting the actual demonstration.
