[Active demonstrations]

The [Active demonstrations] section gives an overview of the demonstrations that are ready to use.

When a demonstration is [Starting Up] it is already visible, but the demonstration options are not visible yet. Under the Active demonstration the expected time for start-up is displayed.

Once the demonstration is started and ready to use, the next functions are available for all Active demonstrations:

And after you saved an Active demonstration:

Function	Description
[Quit]	Immediately stops the demonstration.
[Extend]	Extends the time for the demonstration by half an hour. The result is visible in the message pane of the demonstration box that indicates [Ends]. NOTE The maximum demonstration time is 4 hours.
[Save]	Opens a screen to save a Default Demonstration with personalized settings for future usage. NOTE Only available for Active Default Demonstrations.
[Rename]	Opens a screen to rename the Saved Demonstration. NOTE Only available for Active Saved Demonstrations.
[Delete]	Delete the Saved Demonstration. NOTE Only available for Active Saved Demonstrations.

Depending on the Product the next demonstration options are available:

PRISMAsync	Control Panel	Navigates to the server and starts the PRISMAsync console for full fletch demonstrations.
	Settings Editor	Browser application to maintain all kind of settings for PRISMAsync .
	Remote Manager Login	Browser application to manage print jobs.
