The chiller has a number of errors that trigger the alarm of the chiller.
E1: Room temperature is too high
This error occurs when the internal temperature of the chiller cabinet is higher than 45°C (113°F).
E2: Water temperature is too high
This error occurs when the water temperature in the chiller reaches 28°C (82.4°F).
E3: Water temperature is too low
This error occurs when the water temperature in the chiller reaches 3°C (37.4°F).
E4: Room temperature sensor failure
E5: Water temperature sensor failure
No flow detected in the chiller
The first five errors are shown on the display of the chiller (1), while the last error activates the red alarm light (2). The error code and temperature are displayed alternately.
When the alarm is triggered, the chiller will emit repetitive beeping sounds. The course of your actions depends on the error type. Some errors can be solved by you, while others require the assistance of a service representative.

It is possible to turn off the alarm. To do that, press one of the buttons on the chiller display (RST, SET, or arrow buttons). To reach these buttons, insert a pen or a screwdriver through the grid on the cover. The tool that you use needs to be at least 20 cm (7.9 inch) long.
Turning off the alarm does not solve the error, but it might allow the printer to continue working.
If the red alarm light is on, pressing a button on the display will not stop the beeping sound.
