You can email proof PDF files to a customer directly.
Click [Herramientas] - [PDF de prueba] - [Servidor de correo electrónico...] to configure the email server.
[Tipo de servidor de correo electrónico]
[Microsoft Outlook]
Select this option to use the Microsoft Outlook account of the currently logged in user. PRISMAprepare and Microsoft Outlook must be installed on the same computer.
[Servidor SMTP]
Select this option to use an SMTP server account to send proof PDF files. You need to also fill in the [Configuración del servidor SMTP].

Enter the DNS name or IP address of the SMTP server.
[Número de puerto]
Enter the port number for the connection to the SMTP server.
[Desde]
Enter the user name of the account on the SMTP server.
[Contraseña]
Enter the password of the account on the SMTP server.
Click OK.
