Download file of job that caused a printer error

You can download the job that caused a printer error. You can send the file to the Service organization to analyze the problem.

  1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Support]  → [Troubleshooting].

  2. In the [Logging and reports] option group, click [Download job that caused printer error].

  3. In the [Download job that caused printer error] dialog box, click [Download job that caused printer error].

  4. Select the file that contains the crashed job.

  5. Save the file on an external location.

  6. Click [OK].
