When you add a document to a job, you can perform job management. The status of the documents in the list also gives information on your job.

Move the mouse pointer over a document name to display a tooltip. The tooltip shows:

Change the document properties |
Select the required documents. Click on the [Properties] button. A pop-up window will be displayed where you can change the [Image orientation] and the [Legend position] of the document. |

Select the required documents. Click on the template drop-down list below the print preview. Select a template. |
Change the number of copies of a document |
Click on the number of copies of the required document. The field becomes editable. Edit the number of copies. |
Change the print order |
You can change the position of a document in the document list. Select the document in the list and drag and drop it to the preferred position. |
Change the job name |
The first document in the list automatically is the name of the job. Click on the job name, to change it. The field becomes editable and you can type in a new name. Click enter or click the save icon to save the new name. |
Remove a document from a job |
Select the document you want to remove from a job. Click on the [Remove] button. |
Remove several documents from a job |
Select the documents you want to remove from a job. Click on the [Remove] button. |
Remove all documents from a job |
Click on the [Remove all] button. A pop-up window will be displayed to ask for confirmation. |
Sort all documents on media size |
Click on the [Media] button to sort the documents on media size. |

Document with orange icon (warning) |
When a document requires attention, an orange icon is displayed in front of the document and a message is displayed momentarily on the bottom right-hand side of the window. |
Document with red icon (error) |
When a document is in error, a red icon is displayed in front of the document and a message is displayed momentarily on the bottom right-hand side of the window. ![]() It is impossible to export or print a job that contains a document in error. Remove the document from the job, or solve the error, to be able to continue. |
You can select which information is displayed in the document list. Click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side of the table header.
In a new window, you can select and deselect the displayed fields, store your selection as the default, and reset the selection to factory defaults.
When you select [Filter], text boxes become available in the document list, allowing you to filter the documents.
