On 15 June 2020, the following chapters have been updated:

• A new chapter has been added to the TRM:

  • Document Finishing Device (DFD) interface.

    This new chapter describes the implementation of the hardware and software interconnection between Canon printers and external finishers.

  Chapter "Application notes".

  • New procedure "Handling media from Quadient Inspire to the PRISMAsync mark 7.1 or higher".

  • New procedure "Kodak Prinergy Integration for PRISMAsync mark 7.2 or higher".

  • Topic "JMF messages" has been updated.

  The varioPRINT 140 Series uses Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE) version 5.4 as the default interpreter to print PDF files.

  • SRA IPDS uses APPE version 5.2

On 11 November 2019, the following chapters have been updated:

  This chapter contains the procedure "Heidelberg Prinect Integration for PRISMAsync mark 7.1 or higher".

  The varioPRINT 140 Series uses Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE) version 5.2 as the default interpreter to print PDF files.

On 28 March 2019, the following chapters have been updated:

• Chapter "PRISMAsync Print Server": topics "Automated workflows" and "Hotfolder" have been updated.

• Chapter "Hotfolder printing" has been removed. See chapter "PRISMAsync Print Server" for information concerning hotfolders.

• Chapter "DFD interface" has been added.

• Chapter "Scan-to" has been added.

On 20 March 2019, the following chapter has been updated:

• Chapter "Copy Control Device": topic "CCI device" has been updated.

  A large print is a sheet with a long edge >= 364 mm. This used to be >= 390 mm.

    1. Starting point for an XSLT script to transform JDF

    2. Add staples based on the job name in the JDF ticket
