This command group is partly supported.
The PJL JOB and PJL EOJ must be used in pairs. With the PJL JOB command the START and END parameters can be used to specify a range of pages to be printed. The optional OFFSET parameter will be ignored, and causes no error. Jobs can be identified by a NAME - but this is ignored and overridden by the protocol/ticket job name.
The PASSWORD parameter is not supported.
In combination with the environment commands FINISH and JOBOFFSET you can implement subset stapling/jogging. Subsets are defined within a PCL datastream using PJL JOB and PJL EOJ.
If at PJL JOB the environment variable FINISH is set to STAPLE (default is NONE) then stapling is effective at the PJL EOJ boundary. The same holds for the Océ specific environment variable JOBOFFSET (TRUE / FALSE) which triggers jogging.
For a description of the behaviour when a job separation is encountered, see Job separation handling.
