 
    A synchronisation error or problem that occurs at a printer is reported in PRISMAsync Remote Match, on the control panel of the printer and in PRISMAsync Remote Manager.
The printers that are connecting show: 
 . They cannot participate the synchronisation process.

Connecting means that the cluster printer is establishing a connection with the physical printer via the cloud service.
