The printing system supports account management. This can be enabled and disabled in WebTools Express. When enabled the user has to provide accounting information for print, scan and/or copy jobs. It is possible to enable this separately for print jobs, or for scan and copy jobs.
Which accounting information needs to be provided is determined by the customer via PRISMAlytics Accounting, Océ Account Console, Repro Desk or a third party application like uniFLOW. See the documentation of these applications for further details.
