Introduction to account management

The printing system supports account management. This can be enabled and disabled in Océ Express WebTools. When enabled the user has to provide accounting information for print, scan and/or copy jobs. It is possible to enable this separately for print jobs, or for scan and copy jobs.

Which accounting information needs to be provided is determined by the customer via Océ Account Console, Océ Repro Desk or a third party application like uniFLOW.
