Print a [Block out sticker] application

Introduction

With the [Block out sticker] recipe you can create a window sticker with text readable on both sides.

In the example below, the PDF contains the following information in a single layer.

Open PRISMAguide XL Engine via the shortcut on your desktop or start menu.
Click on [New job]
Select the [Block out sticker] recipe.
The [Overview] tab opens.
Check / select the settings for:
- [Printer]
- [Media]
- [Print mode]
Click on [Select file].
Open a PDF that you want to print using the [Block out sticker] recipe.

Open the [Layers] tab.

The recipe automatically assigns the settings per layer. Check the settings and adjust if necessary.

The [Block out sticker] recipe contains 5 layers, printed on one side of the media.

[Front] 4	PDF file - Shape detect white	PDF file	Quality-Density W only *)	The complete shape of the image is printed in white.

[Front] 2	PDF file - Shape detect white	PDF file	Quality-Density W only *)	The complete shape of the image is printed in white.
[Front] 1	PDF file - Color	PDF file [Flip horizontal]	Quality	The image is printed in CMYK.

*) Quality-Density W only is used instead of Quality in order to jet a larger amount of white in a single pass.

When you see a warning or a waiting message in the 'Print' section, open the [Print] tab and define the correct settings.
Click on the [Print] button.
