Available reports

The time needed to create a report depends on the following:

  • The used database space.

  • The number of devices.

  • The selected time interval. A large date range can increase the processing time for a report.

Some of the reports can only be accessed with a paid subscription. Such reports are marked as "Premium" in the list of reports, when you do not have the needed subscription. Generating such a report is not possible without the subscription.

Reports with user related information:

  • [Number of users per device]

  • [Usage per account ID]

  • [Usage per cost center]

  • [Usage per user]

  • [Usage per user group]

  • [Usage per user per user group]

Reports with ink related information:

  • [Ink coverage]

  • [Media print mode]

  • [MICR Ink]

  • [Standard ink clicks]

NOTE

The ink reports are only available if you have at least one device capable of providing the data. Only varioPRINT iX-series and VarioPrint i-series devices with a version of the PRISMAsync Print Server software version 4 and up are capable of supplying such information.
