Manage group membership for users

Once you have a defined users group, add members to it. One user can only belong in one group.

NOTE

Only the PRISMAlytics Accounting application has the group entity. You cannot configure user groups on the devices.

Procedure for adding or removing an user to a group:

Procedure:

  1. Navigate to [Configuration]  → [Users group].

  2. Press the button to toggle the edit mode for the group.

  3. Check/uncheck the users in the users list.

  4. Click [Save].
